Williston-Allen Associates, Inc. proudly serves the Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Indoor Air Quality, and Mechanical Industries. Established in 1985 by Jerry Williston and Ed Allen, the company specializes in maximizing market penetration for their manufacturer partners. Williston-Allen Associates, Inc. represents some of the most well respected names in the HVAC/R industry. This manufacturers’ representative sells their products and services through Wholesale Distributors and Original Equipment Manufacturers to installation & service contractors throughout the six New England states, as well as upper New York State.

Company is headquartered in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, with branch
offices in Acton Massachusetts and Syracuse NY.
Since its inception, Williston-Allen Associates, Inc. has been recognized with over 150 sales awards from their manufacturer partners.
Ed Allen
President
Ed's experience includes twenty five years in sales and sales management in the HVAC/R Industry. Ed started his sales career in 1981 at Robertshaw Controls Uni-Line Division, moving three years later to Independent Energy as sales manager. At Independent Energy Ed managed a network of ten sales agencies across the United States. Ed left Independent Energy in 1985 and with Jerry Williston, co-founded Williston-Allen Associates, Inc. Ed holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut
Cathie Jeffrey
Customer
Service/Inside Sales
Cathie's
responsibilities include inside sales and customer service. She is also
responsible for electronic order entry, telemarketing and office
management. She joined the company in 1995 and is a very productive member
of the team. A graduate of Endicott and Lesley Colleges with degrees in
education, Cathie is married with three grown children.
Patrick Varley
Regional
Sales & Training Manager
Patrick has been serving the HVACR industry since the mid 1980’s. He has worked extensively with OEM’s, wholesalers and contractors in the Northeast. Patrick’s sales, sales engineering, marketing and account management experiences include positions with Pameco Corp., ALCO Controls (Emerson Electric Co.), The Trane Company (American Standard) and INVENSYS Controls. Over the years, Patrick has been recognized for his achievements in the industry, and has been the recipient of numerous sales awards. He is an active member of RSES and
ASHRAE, and served as president for the Boston Chapter of RSES. Patrick holds a B.S. from Suffolk University in Boston, and lives in Acton, Massachusetts with his wife, Gina, and their two children.
Jay
Erickson Regional
Sales & Training Manager
Jay has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, starting his career at Carrier Corp. in Syracuse NY. Jay then moved onto the national scene, where he spent 5 years as VP of Sales & Marketing for a major air filtration company, and most recently, a 13 year career as National Sales Manager of Hardcast Division of CCW. While at Hardcast, Jay managed a national network of manufacturer’s representatives where he was responsible for significant sales growth. Jay also was responsible for training wholesalers & contractors nationally. Jay has an extensive knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential air filtration & IAQ products, as well as an indepth background in HVAC duct sealants, liner adhesive, duct hardware, & HVAC systems.
Jay, his wife Margo, and their family are based in Syracuse, NY. He will be
covering upper NY state and parts of western New England.
Charles Bronner
Sales
After graduating with highest honors from Suffolk University in 2005, Charles entered the HVAC-R industry as a Manufacturer’s Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV. After spending a year in Las Vegas Charles moved back to Massachusetts and worked in outside sales selling industrial supplies. His duties will include sales support, assisting in branch calls, counter days & contractor calls in the six New England states.
